All you need is Apple Cider Vinegar and onion juice. Onion juice is rich with antioxidants which fight the free radicals in your skin.
Apple Cider Vinegar contains alpha hydroxyl acids which exfoliate the skin from dead layers. Mix these two and remove your brown spots.
Dice an onion and put the bits in a zip bag. Crush them with a blunt object.
Process the onion and ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar in a blender.
Soak a cotton ball in this and apply it on your skin. For best results,keep it overnight and apply this for a month.
This remedy is cheap, healthy and most importantly natural. You will see the results only after a few days.
Can we prevent brown spots?
There isn’t much that we can do to prevent the appearance of brown spots as it is impossible to isolate ourselves form the sun completely.
However, you can at least avoiding direct sunlight and UV, wear long sleeves, use sunscreen and wear comfy pants made of light materials.
Remember that you need sun cream during winter months too and forget the tanning beds.
And most importantly if you feel uneasy about a spot on your body, consult a doctor immediately.
