Detox and Burn Fat with the New 7–Day Lemon Diet

By preparing a simple detox drink, which doesn’t require much effort from you, you can burn fat and detoxify your body. It is that simple that you can easily fit it right into your diet.

The main ingredient is the lemon, which has the ability to remove toxins from the digestive tract. Preparing this drink might as well become your routine, just make it the night before the consumption and drink it in the morning.

Before heading down to the diet, let’s remind ourselves of all the benefits that you can get from consuming lemon.

Day 1: Magic on an Empty Stomach

Put juice of half a lemon in lukewarm glass of water and let it sit for a few minutes. Drink the juice on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast. Do the same thing before lunch too.

Day 2: Detoxify and Mineralize

Instead of using still water this time you need mineral water. Squeeze half a lemon in 2-3 liters of mineral water. Drink one glass on an empty stomach before breakfast and lunch, and drink the rest during the day. To make the flavour even better you can add other fruits like strawberries, blackberries etc.

Day 3: Richer Lunch

On day three continue drinking the warm lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning. The only difference is that you are allowed to drink the warm lemon water during lunch too. Repeat the intake of mineral lemon water from day 2, this means drinking 2-3 liters of lemon mineral water during the day.

Day 4 and Day 5: Repeating the Process

Follow the same program from day 3.

Day 6: Limiting

Follow the same program from day 3, but limit the intake to 2 glasses a day, this time before breakfast in the morning and before dinner.

Day 7: The Habit

On the last day of the diet you need to drink warm lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning before breakfast.

Make this your habit and drink warm lemon water in the morning every day for the rest of your life. Moreover don’t forget to drink at least 2 liters water per day.
