    Ok, so this is bullshit…Honey does not contain high amounts of vitamins and minerals. Honey is basically sugar, pure sugar with small amounts of vitamins and minerals (2%). And there are no correlations with a high amount of vitamins and getting rid of diseases.
    Second, almost everything can cure cancer, and nonetheless, almost EVERYTHING can cause cancer.
    Thirdly, yes, honey and cinnamon do have health benefits but doctors can explain them! Always consult a doctor before you go “all natural” and don’t take the pills or medication you’re supposed to take.
    Last but not least; WHERE ARE YOUR SOURCES!? Your only source is a link to another site where it is written EXACTLY the same and that site does not even have listed any sources! Seriously people! Do not support websites like this! This is exactly what is wrong with the internet. God dammit….

      I haven’t tried this yet, so I can’t say if it works for me yet. But why do you always want to rely on sources? In general I prefer experience proved above scientifically proved(a lot of “scientific prove” is bs too). I say get out of traditional patterns & thinking. Don’t be a follower(of who and why?) Figure it out YOURSELF.

    Boiled honey won’t help you with anything.

    ONLY Unheated, RAW honey contains all the vital ingredients that give it its healthful properties.

    Heating RAW honey above 95° F ( the temperature one would find naturally inside a hive)

    It won’t prevent a heart attack either.

    People need to be careful on what they claim.

    I take cinnamon capsules everyday, it has brought my diabetes to almost nonexistent. And ive lost 79 lbs in 7 months i take 6 capsules a day with water. 2 before each meal with 8oz of water

      I’ve been adding 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon to my morning smoothie (greens, berries, nuts & seeds, not fruit) and it has been very helpful in controlling my appetite. I’m careful with honey since it is pure sugar. So is molasses, but I sometimes use that in my smoothies instead of honey or agave (my preference). Everything in moderation. Check out Dr. Axe, his approach is reasonable and all encompassing.

    I work for a school cafeteria. I have found with talking with a few (not a lot, but good ones all the same) nutritionists, that boiling anything can kill some germs, but also reduces vitamins too. I usually steam things. I put honey and cinnamon into a hot cup of tea. Personally, I have not had a cold or the flu all winter, but I also do vitamins and eat healthy, stay away from fast food and make most of my things from scratch. This stuff may work, or it may not, but it is definitely a combination of all the right stuff and you need to trial and error. And yes, God has a big part in it too.
