Face Fat Workout A
This workout involves blinking for 15 times. You need to do four sets with 30 seconds rest between sets. Then, the second exercise is nodding. Nod for 15 times, do four sets with one minute rest between sets.The following exercise is eyebrow raises. Raise your eyebrows for eight to ten reps in three sets with one to two minute rest between sets. Next is decline eyebrow raises. Decline your eyebrows for eight to ten reps.
Do three sets with one to two minutes rest between sets. The last exercise is standing barbell curls. Do this for ten reps, in ten sets with one minute rest between sets. For this exercise you need a weight heavy enough to cause the person to make a strange looking face where all the facial muscles tighten.
Face Fat Workout B
Face fat workout B includes unilateral blinking for 18 to 20 reps in four sets with one minute rest between sets. Next is back foot elevated Bulgarian split nods for five reps in five sets with three minutes rest between sets.
This is followed by reverse mouth open and closes for eight to ten reps in three sets with one to two minutes rest between sets. Next, the gum chews for any number of times in 90 seconds in four sets with three minutes rest between sets. After that do lateral smiles 12 reps in two sets with one minute rest between sets. And finally, the kettlebell fish-face swings.
One of the exercises that will help lose face fat most efficiently is definitely the facial twist. This exercise is done with a yoga body twist, such as the Bharadvaja’s Twist. To perform the facial twist while doing yoga, you need to start with a sitting position on the floor. Your right ankle rests on the arch of your left foot. Rest your buttocks on a rolled up towel if your hips are tight.
After you become comfortable in this position, sit up tall while lengthening through the spine. While you twist the torso to the left, exhale and rest your right hand on the left thigh while your left arm is wrapped around to reach for your right elbow. Your head is then turned to the left, or to the right for a counter twist.
The facial muscles are used to pull the lips and cheeks to the left while in the twist. Then, you slowly go back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
