3-Ingredient Juice Recipe
- Half a cup of pure apple juice (organic)
- 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice (organic)
- 1 tsp. of ginger juice (organic)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 a cup of filtered water (lukewarm)
Simply mix all of the ingredients in a jug and give it a good stir. Consume one glass on an empty stomach each morning. Consume two more large glasses with and after your midday meal. Drink other two glasses in the evening around 6-7 PM. It is best to drink 5 large glasses (or 8 smaller ones) throughout the day. That way the benefits will be most apparent.
