Banana & Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 small pot of water
  • a dash of cinnamon (optional).

Directions:.

All you need to do is cut off both ends of the banana and place it, peel and all, into boiling water.

Boil it for around 10 minutes.

Using a colander, pour the water into a mug. Sprinkle the cinnamon into the tea if you’re feeling adventurous.

Drink it one hour before bed-time.
