    How about answering the questions above? Also, is it liquid enough to drink, or do we add filtered water or green tea? You say no sugar, but pineapple is full of natural sugar.

      The person has replied that everything is in the article. Read the article,if it is too thick,add water,no added sugar,pineapple is sweet enough.you must drink it within 15 minutes or it will lose some nutrients.you only need to do this once and eat regularly the rest of the day.

    Hi I’m dot and I tried the drink this morning yes it’s really think so I only added a little water 2 get it moving n the blender I wonder if its ok 2 add a little ice though the drink was sorta warm 4 my tase looking 4ward 2 day 2 I’m hoping 2 c results by day 7 how often can this 7 day adventure b done and how long n between should u wait b4 u start over

    In the past when i drank smoothies you are going to add a little water to be able to blend it in the blender and also if you are supposed to drink it cold,whatever smoothie i was making i would take frozen fruit out of the freezer and make it, so mayb that will help y’all if y’all don’t want to drink it warm, like someone left n the comments

    No! It doesn’t need work! I seriously gained weight from doing this – which is weird right? Literally straight up fruits and veggies but I’m guessing it’s from the overnutrician or creating the mind set that you don’t need to work out as much and can eat more. But I’d like to be given an explanation since I’m a bride who again – gained 10 lbs from this! Like why???

    My sister tried as breakfast and dinner for a month and it worked.
    She use 1/4 of cucumber and 1/2 glass of water instead of 1 cucumber and no water. Also she put some passion fruit and it taste better. No sugar and 5 meals per dar (these juice are 2/5).

      It says “reduces” belly fat. It takes much longer than 7 days to burn all belly fat (which also depends on how many pounds of fat there are to burn).

    Susie R. I don’t think you’re suppose to eat more. Especially if you are eating fatty foods/ fries etc. I believe that’s why you gained and nothing was lost. Also you said you were a bride. Congrats !! Stress eating maybe ?

      No, you can consume longer. Try 2 weeks consuming, after 5 days pause and than start again 2 weeks consuming. I hope for results 🙂

    Actually READ the article people bc most of your questions are answered. Clearly adding water won’t be bad bc water is zero calorie and the best thing for you. Buy all fresh produce, canned can had additives, preservatives, and other unhealthy stuff in it. Adding ginger is not a bad idea either but just be prepared it will already be slightly acidic so if you add ginger, you’ll most likely have to run to the potty within an hr of drinking it, ijs *knowledge is power *Do your research *everything works differently for different people *still work out min 3days/wk *don’t wish for it,work for it

      *As the article says* (can you guys read?) you drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then eat normally (it would be best to cut out sugars and grains. This is not magic — does not allow us to skip exercise or pig out.

    I think I added too much parsley to my smoothie. Is there anything I can substitute for parsley, or can I take it out? I made the smoothie, and I like it, bit sometimes all I can taste is the parsley. Thanks!
